I offer many levels of support to meet your needs.

Learning Circle - You will get access to the content I create and have the ability to consume it on your schedule. No private access to me at this level.
Weekly Check-in - You will get weekly private access to me via Voxer or WhatsApp.
Group Support Circle - You will get access to all the content I create PLUS daily access to me and the group via Voxer.
Private Circle - You will get access to all the content PLUS private daily access to me.

Don't have time for a weekly hour commitment for coaching?

I get it! This program is perfect. We chat on a voice messaging app on your time. Come and chat when you want no pressure to show up at a certain time or a certain day.

Looking for a support group that is small and easily accessible?

Group support is one of my favorite things. I keep the groups small and cozy. I love it when other members of the group chime in with support before I can.

Looking for a support group off Facebook?

Me too! The Groups with Voxer access to me are for you! FB can be very overwhelming and a time suck. We check in daily on an app called Voxer. It is free and I have a tutorial on how to use it. You will also have access to all the content I have created here.

Looking for check-ins to fit your time and schedule?

Busy mom? Working full time? Trying to get to all the things? Me too! I do my check-ins driving in the car or sipping on some coffee. Check-in when YOU have the time.

How long will I have access to the content?

Your monthly fee grants access to all the content I have created for your group and past support circles. You can listen and download whatever you like. Your access expires when the month ends unless you continue to use the support circle.

Can I cancel anytime?

Absolutely. You may cancel anytime. Send me an email letting me know to cancel and no questions asked. You will be welcomed back anytime you need it.

The support circle is intended to provide you a space to begin to release the stories no longer serving you. Access expires at the end of each month. I will check in with you to see if you would like to continue. Never any pressure. My goal is to offer support on your terms when you need it and with no long-term commitments.
